Relation to Business Process Management

Business rules approach is inversely related to the business process management. Business process is the result of business rules. The business rules set the guidelines where as the business process is the flow of the business activities. Without the business rules the business process cannot work out. Thus it is said that the business process and the business rules are inter-related. A minor change in the business rules changes the business process. Thus we can conclude that both business rules approach and business process management are very flexible.
