Budget Financial Planning

Budget is generally a planned list of expenses. It includes the income, expenses and the capital. Budget is very essential in planning the effective utilization of the total incomes. The budget may be prepared weekly, monthly or annually.

A good budget financial plan always results in having a surplus of income over the expenses, whereas an inefficient budget financial planning results in a shortfall that is excess of expenses over income. Budget financial planning is required in investments, taxes, business planning, estate planning, insurance, retirement planning and other core subjects.
