Organizing the work

The work in project management is organized by the project manager. The amount of effort applied to produce a deliverable or to accomplish a task is termed as work. The project manager duty is to set the overall work and selects the appropriate organization to take charge of a proposed project.

The policy that is set by the project manager dictates how the work will distributed among different team members according to their eligibility.
