Project Management Lifecycle

Project management lifecycle is actually consisting of phases such as start phase, planning phase, execution phase, end phase. Project management lifecycle is a cyclic process of these phases.

Start phase deals with the definition and basic requirements that are needed for project development. Planning phase involves the detailed planning of the project. The planning explains about the analysis of the collected requirements and designing.

Execution phase perform the action of monitoring and controlling the project. It also explains about validation and verification criteria. End phase of project management deals with implementation and review of the developed project.
