National Merit Scholarship

National merit scholarship is the scholarship provided on the basis of the abilities, skills and accomplishments. The national merit scholarship program is a college scholarship competition directed by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation.

The national merit scholarship is basically determined on the basis of the preliminary qualify tests conducted. These scholarships are provided by the colleges and corporations. In order to be eligible or the national merit scholarship the student must be a permanent citizen of the country.
