Employee Form Timesheet

Employee form timesheet is a record maintained by the company only for employees. In this timesheet only the details of the employee’s are maintained.
As timesheet is maintained to keep the records of the company employee form timesheet is used to record only the details of the employee.

The form contains the following details:

  1. His name and his address
  2. His designation
  3. His payroll that is monthly, daily, weekly or fortnight
  4. His timings that are when he enters and comes out and even if he goes out for personal use.
